Please include clear photos or videos of the issue for our team to assess the damage.
Resolution Options:
Once your issue is verified, you may choose between a free reprint of the affected item or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Additional Notes:
We are unable to process refunds or reprints without sufficient photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
