General Policy:

  • Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.

  • Each item is created upon order to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

  • You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at shop-support@joshuniverse.com.

  • Please include clear photos or videos of the issue for our team to assess the damage.

Resolution Options:

  • Once your issue is verified, you may choose between a free reprint of the affected item or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Additional Notes:

  • We are unable to process refunds or reprints without sufficient photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.

  • We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
